7.5 Technical Issues and Downtime

THE SERVICE MAY BE SUBJECT TO INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR ERRORS DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES, MAINTENANCE, OR OTHER FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DOWNTIME OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.

7.8 No Liability for Data Loss

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, CONTENT, OR INFORMATION. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription to avoid future charges.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
